How do I report inappropriate content, an incident or anything else of concern?

Reporting a worker

At the bottom of every worker profile is a "Report this Profile" link. You can use this to send a message to Mycare to let them know that you have seen inappropriate content in a profile or you have received an inappropriate message from that particular worker.

Reporting inappropriate behaviour

You can ask Mycare to review content or comments that you believe to be inappropriate or in breach of Mycare's Terms of Service. You can send Mycare a message directly at hello@mycare.co.nz or call us on 0800 677 700

The more information you provide at the time of alerting Mycare to the inappropriate content, the easier it will be for Mycare to identify and review this content.
