Insurance for all workers

Are workers insured?

For the benefit of our community, Mycare has arranged insurance through Vero Insurance. The insurance policy covers Professional Indemnity and Public Liability. For each hour of work that a worker is paid through Mycare, workers have the benefit of the following insurance with Vero Liability:

• Public liability - up to $1,000,000 per claim
• Professional indemnity cover – up to $1,000,000 of annual aggregate cover

For all claims there is an excess of $1000.

 What do I do if I think my worker needs to make a claim?

If you think your worker needs to make a claim please call the Customer Success team at Mycare on 0800 677 700. They will be able to provide you with advice about what you will need to do.
