Social media is a highly powerful marketing tool and one of the best tools to use for free advertising is Facebook. You can now share your job listing to your own Facebook profile and to local Facebook community groups.
Click on your 'listings' tab. Under the preview box you will see the 'share button'.
If you decide to share your listing it makes the job open to all, this means you may get applications from workers who are yet to complete their Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check. Please keep this in mind when screening and interviewing workers.
You can choose 'Facebook' to share the listing to your own profile, 'Email' to send the listing URL to someone you know and 'copy link' to copy & paste the listing link.
You may actually already know someone in your community who can help. You can now invite these workers to connect on Mycare. Click on the worker tab to find the invite button - all you need is their name and email address.
