First of all, please let your worker know straight away if you are having problems. If you are unhappy with the care they provide, you need to decide whether they have breached the agreement with you (e.g. have not turned up, or have not been punctual), or whether you no longer wish to contract them for your own personal reasons. If you have an ongoing agreement with the worker, you can cancel your agreement at any time subject to the terms of that agreement.
