I receive Disability Support Services, how do I join Mycare?

On the homepage of www.mycare.co.nz click the 'Sign up' button and select 'Find care'. We'll ask you for your contact details and what type of support you are looking for.

When you are ready to list a job, you'll need to provide the following information:

• The NHI (national Health Index) number of the person you are seeking support for
• The name of your NASC (Needs Assessment Service Coordination) agency

Alternatively you can ask your NASC to make a referral to Carers NZ.
