What if a client or worker suggests scheduling care and making payment outside Mycare to avoid paying fees?
Our service fees enable us to continue to grow the Mycare community and deliver innovative technology and solutions for the benefit of clients and workers using our platform. We have made every effort to ensure our fees are reasonable for the services offered on the Mycare platform.
Booking care and making payments through the Mycare platform ensures there is a transparent record of all visits and payments made. Importantly, workers are not covered by the insurance policies arranged on their behalf by Mycare for care delivered outside the platform. If a worker or client arranges payment outside the platform their account may be closed or deleted. For further details see our Terms of Service.
