Starting from October 2016, people seeking support services can now book their visits with their worker through their MyCare account, assign tasks for the day and keep everyone in their support circle in the loop. It’s easy to see all visits at a glance, and know exactly what’s coming up for the week.
We’ve made it easy for people to pay their workers securely and safely.
We’ll also help the Mycare community to take care of their paperwork each month:
- We’ll deduct tax from a worker’s hourly or overnight rate and make sure it’s paid to the IRD
- For each hour of work that someone pays their worker through MyCare, that worker will be insured with Vero Liability for public liability & professional indemnity cover.
To help cover the costs of running Mycare, we deduct a service fee on the hourly or overnight rate.
