Once you’ve listed a job on Mycare, you can message the workers you think would be a good fit for your job. Your listing will also be visible to workers in your local area.
If you receive Individualised Funding, Carer Support or you are with Enabling Good Lives, you can choose to use your Mycare account to book their visits and set up an agreement. We make it easy to pay your worker safely and securely each week. Learn more.
How to hire a worker on Mycare:
- Contact your funding host: let them know you'd like to pay your worker through Mycare. You'll have reports of all payments that you can submit to your funding host.
- Book visits with your worker: if it's the first visit, we'll also help you to set up an agreement
- We might ask you to enter your debit or credit card details so we can pay your worker for their visits
- We include a service fee of a maximum 5% on the hourly or overnight rate of your worker for any hours paid through Mycare.
Setting up your worker’s agreement and managing their visits and pay through Mycare is optional.
If you receive Individualised Funding, Carer Support or other Disability Support Services funding, and already have a payment method set up, you don’t have to use Mycare to book and pay your worker. Learn more.
