Where you are getting or giving support services, and those services are paid for using funding from a Government agency or contracted party (“Agency”), Mycare may make available the following details to the Agency:
- Your full name, date of birth, address and phone number, and your IRD number;
- The dates, times, fees and details relating to the services provided;
- NHI or Agency client reference numbers;
The purposes for which the information will be used is to monitor compliance with the requirements of this funding and to verify claims made in relation to the services you provide for this client. Auditors appointed by the Agency may also review this information. Mycare will always ask you for your permission to share this information.
We analyse non-identifiable web traffic data to improve our services. We use third party services to analyse the web traffic data for us. We own the data that is generated and use it to administer and improve the website. We may collect, hold, and use information about visits to help us improve the site, for instance:
- The search terms you used
- The pages accessed on our site and the links you clicked on
- The date and time you visited the site
- The referring site (if any) through which you clicked through to this site
- Your operating system (eg Windows XP, Mac OS X)
- The type of web browser you use (eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox)
Social networking services
We may use social networking services such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. When you communicate with us using these services, the social networking service may collect your personal information for its own purposes.
