At Mycare we are always looking to improve our service. Following feedback from our last survey, we have some exciting new features being rolled out over the next couple of weeks!
Workers will be able to accept or decline visits
Many people suggested that they would like their workers to be able to book visit times and submit them themselves and organisers will be able to approve them.
Schedule visits across multiple days, with a variety of times
You soon have much more flexibility over the times and days which you book visits for.
Reimburse your workers for mileage and other expenses
You will be able to reimburse your workers for mileage at a standard rate, or other expenses at a flexible rate.
You can set a flat rate for the reimbursements allowable, eg, a maximum of $10 per visit for milk or eggs or a standard amount of distance.

We are making it clearer to see how much each visit costs.
More easily navigate through the visit booking site
We are creating a navigation tool that helps track your progress through booking a visit.
