Mycare launched our book and pay features in October 2016. Since that time you have been telling us how it would be easier for you to use and we have been making improvements based on this feedback.
We have some exciting new features to share with you.
One of the things that you have been asking for is the ability to pay your workers for expenses like mileage, and things like the bottle of milk they pick up on their way to your place.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our mileage and expense claim features. Please note that the expenses feature is temporarily unavailable for those using Enabling Good lives and Individualised Funding.
You have also let us know about some niggly things that make booking visits and increasing a worker’s hourly rate a bit of a chore. We listened. Mycare now has an updated booking feature to make booking multiple visits in a week at different times easier. And when you want to change the hourly rate of your worker, there is now an easy one step process to do this.
The other thing you have told us is that life gets a bit busy, and you would like to allow your workers to book their own visits or invite another family member in to help with the organising of support. You can now enable the self booking function for one, some or all of your workers, and invite family members to share the organising.
