As the current COVID-19 situation unfolds, the team at Mycare are working to ensure our users remain up to date with the latest information.
If you call or email Mycare, you will be talking to one of the friendly faces above; James, Imogen, Harry, Amy, and Elly.
The Mycare team provide an essential service in supporting workers and clients across New Zealand, ensuring they are still able to provide and receive care in their homes throughout the current COVID-19 situation. Our Customer Engagement team are all practicing safe social distancing and adhering to the rules of COVID-19 Alert Level 4 while working from home. We are lucky to have everything we need to support you set up at home, so are still able to support you over the phone and through email.
While we are working from home, we ask you to please be patient with us. Each member of the team will do their best to meet your needs, but we don’t always have the answers straight away. As we are all working from different locations rather than the same office, it may take longer for us to find the right answer for you. This may mean we need to call you back later but be assured we will always get back to you as soon as we can.
If you need to call back at any time and end up talking to a different member of the team, be assured that we all keep in close contact through daily video meetings and almost constant messaging to make sure we are all on the same page. Whoever you receive on the other end of the line will be able to help you and pick up where you left off. If you do want to talk to the same person though, we are happy to put you through to them.
At Mycare we do our best to stay connected with our community. While we can’t go out to expos and community events at the moment, we still want to do our part to stay connected with our Mycare community. If you’re feeling lonely and just want a chat with someone, give us a call during our normal working hours. We aren’t a helpline, but we understand that it can be pretty lonely being stuck at home, so want to let all our users know that we are here for a friendly chat if you need it.
