The Mycare payroll goes out every Wednesday.
The payroll includes all visits that have been submitted and approved by Monday midnight.
Making Sure Your Visits Are Submitted on Time
For best practice, we recommend submitting your visits before Sunday midnight. If your visit has no changes it allows for client auto-approval to go ahead and assures it is included in the pay run.
On the flip side if your visit times or expenses need changes it allows time for clients/organisers to manually approve the visit to then be included in the pay run.
What happens if I submit late?
If it is still earlier than midnight Monday, you are able to submit and ask the client to log in and manually approve the visit.
If you both miss the payroll cut-off time, your visit will be paid out in the following week’s payroll.
What happens if the client books my visits late?
If visits are not booked in a timely manner by the client/organiser and it is often affecting your pay, we recommend you discuss this with them to ensure they do this on time.
You can also recommend that you as the worker do the bookings yourself (they would then only have to approve the visit) if this works better for both of you.
What is pAI²/paisquared limited?
You may have seen your Mycare payment come through from paisquared limited. This is as Mycare is a business under pAI², which is a New Zealand run technology company.
