When will my worker be paid?

Mycare’s payroll goes out on a Tuesday every week for the workers to receive by Wednesday. To make sure your worker is paid there is a few times to keep in mind.

Weekly pay run includes any visits submitted and approved by midnight Monday each week.

Auto-Approval

If you rely on the 24hr auto-approval your worker will have to submit by midnight Sunday for those visits to be included.

Manual Approval

For visits that need to be manually approved (edited visits or submitted later than midnight Sunday) this needs to be done before midnight Monday.

What happens if visits are late?

If the visits are submitted or approved late they will be paid in the following week’s pay run. Make sure to book visits in advance to reduce the chances of this happening.
