Mycare is designed to help you find the support you need and book and pay your worker safely and securely. When you create a listing, we’ll ask you to add your credit or debit card details.
Once you have found the right person and are ready to book your first visit(s), Mycare will debit your card $100 or the cost of the visit(s), whichever is greater. Your credit card will only be debited for visits within the next 7 day period.
The money is held in a third party account before being transferred to the worker after their visit has been completed and approved.
