For safety and credibility, everyone registered with Mycare is required to authenticate their identity by verifying their:
- Email address
- Physical (home) address
- Mobile number.
We’ll guide you through this process as you build your Mycare profile.
Everyone wishing to seek paid or voluntary work via Mycare also needs to complete a criminal and traffic convictions check. We'll send you the form to request this check, then file it in your file cabinet when the Police Vetting Agency returns it to us.
