Making a recommendation is easy. Just ask your client to log in and rate you. They can also write a few sentences about the service you've provided using Mycare’s handy rate and review feature located at the bottom of your profile.
To make your profile as appealing as possible, complete all trust & safety steps and tick off the following:
- Have you verified your email address with Mycare?
- Have you verified the code Mycare posted to your physical address, to confirm that's where you live?
- Have you verified your phone number?
- Have you returned your completed Police Vetting form to Mycare?
Completing these steps and securing feedback from clients will reassure those seeking help that they can trust you to provide quality support for them or someone they care about.
