Reset Password on Desktop Browser
On your computer or laptop, click on the blue ‘log in’ button at the top of our homepage at www.mycare.co.nz
Or go straight to the login screen here
Once on the login screen, click the link underneath the password box that says: Reset your password
You will be asked to enter your email address, once you press ‘Send reset email’ we will email you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in this email to set a new password and get back into your account.
Reset Password on Phone Browser
On your mobile device, click on the three lines in the top right corner of our homepage to open the menu and then press the ‘log in’ button
